Londonderry Mall
Londonderry Mall is a shopping centre located in north Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It contains over 150 stores and services with seven major tenants including The Bay, Save-On-Foods, Winners, Sport Chek Supercentre, Army & Navy, and Shoppers Drug Mart.
History
Londonderry Mall opened in 1972 with 85 shops and services making it at the time the largest shopping centre west of Toronto and the first 2 level centre to be built in Western Canada. Original tenants included Eatons, The Bay, Woolco, Safeway and a twin theatre complex operated by Famous Players, this was the first twin cinema in Edmonton. Londonderry added an expansion in 1984 of 30 additional shops. Save-On-Foods opened in the former Eatons space on the lower floor while Winners opened up on the upper floor of the Eatons space. Army and Navy relocated its downtown store to the former location of Wal-Mart on the lower level and Sport Chek relocated its mall store to the upper shell left by Wal-Mart making it, at the time the largest Sport Chek store in Canada. Londonderry Mall has a spacious interior and a diverse mix of over 150 shops and services.

Londonderry Mall is home to the largest mall-walking club in North America with over 1000 registered and was named the Walk 'N' Roll Walking Club.
